I also own another electric pressure cooker--the Wolfgang Puck--and it works well too, but the Cuisinart seems to be a bit better engineered and constructed though the actual operation of the Cuisinart is not very intuitive. You will need to read the manual carefully to set up a project. All in all--well worth the money.
