This product is a great bargain. I did my research, and I can see I'm not alone in my assessment by a majority. This is the second one that I buy. The only reason I'm buying another is because my son decided to test his know-how against mine. Sure enough, he learned there was wisdom in my words when the lid and container went flying. Long story short, lid broke, none hurt, repentant son paid for new processor. I had my previous one for over 3 years. I've never had problems with it. This machine has chopped every vegetable(leafy or otherwise), fruit, nut, etc. that I've put into it consistently and evenly. I find it easy to clean, especially, if you do so right after use. I don't find it excessively noisy and the dial is easy to use.
